These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, digital platforms, and professional services provided by The Arvencia Group, a division of Arvencia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site, submitting a service request, or entering into an engagement, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Who We Serve

The Arvencia Group exclusively provides professional services to:

• Business clients and legal entities (B2B) 
• Government contractors, institutions, and mission-aligned organizations (B2G) 
• Global investors, legal counsel, and high-net-worth stakeholders involved in regulated, capital-sensitive, or litigation-adjacent matters
   

All services are rendered under the legal entity Arvencia LLC, headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
We do not provide consumer services to the general public unless explicitly structured as part of an institutional or business engagement.

2. Scope of Engagement

All services — including advisory, tax coordination, litigation-aligned strategy, operational consulting, and program compliance — are subject to a signed agreement, proposal, or accepted transaction via our platform.

You agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information. Delays or omissions may result in delivery delays, late penalties, or termination.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking, invoice, or contractual agreement unless otherwise specified. We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely via Stripe, PayPal, or GoDaddy Payments.

Non-Refundable Setup Fee
All new engagements require a non-refundable setup fee for onboarding, strategic planning, and initial diagnostics:

• $1,000 for engagements up to $25,000 
• $2,500 for engagements exceeding $25,000 or involving multiple workstreams
   

This fee covers intake, analysis, and early-stage advisory regardless of final execution scope.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once substantive work begins — including planning, internal alignment, document review, or compliance evaluation. If canceled in writing before project kickoff, a partial refund may be granted minus the setup fee. All refund decisions are final and at Arvencia’s discretion.

Retainers & Subscription Billing
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Written notice must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the next billing cycle to cancel or adjust. No partial-month refunds are issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, tools, and written output provided by The Arvencia Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Redistribution, duplication, or external use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us as confidential. Unless required by law, we will not disclose proprietary data, documentation, or engagement details without explicit client authorization.

6. Marketing & Case Studies

With your permission, anonymized versions of engagement outcomes may be used in proposals, pitch decks, or marketing collateral. We do not share sensitive information or client identities without advance written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, regulatory, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, and both parties waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, internet disruptions, civil unrest, natural disasters, labor shortages, or government shutdowns.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
