We use ADA-aligned platforms and accommodate both visible and invisible needs.

We integrate DEI into our advisory practice — across strategy, compliance, and leadership.

  • Inclusive Governance: We help boards, trustees, and oversight bodies implement ethical frameworks, DEI ethics policies, and whistleblower protections.
     
  • Supplier & Partner Diversity: We guide clients through inclusive vendor audits, subcontractor evaluations, and capital programs with federal alignment (SBA, HUD, CDFI).
     
  • Workforce Equity Strategy: We design DEI-aligned compensation audits, policy handbooks, and training tailored to high-compliance industries.
     
  • Litigation-Resilient DEI Infrastructure: We advise on defensible practices that hold up under legal, media, or regulator scrutiny — from hiring to crisis response.

We track our progress through:

  • Annual DEI survey and cultural health score
     
  • Leadership representation goals reviewed each year
     
  • Internal audit of pay equity and promotion equity
     
  • Optional opt-in demographic data tracking (100% anonymous)

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

We proudly support employee-led groups including:

Each ERG provides mentorship, peer support, and policy voice within Arvencia.


Education & Training

  • Quarterly DEI topics during firmwide meetings 
  • Inclusive leadership training for managers and project leads 
  • Accessibility design workshops for client-facing workstreams
     

Transparency & Accountability

We release a public-facing DEI snapshot each year summarizing:

  • Team composition 
  • Progress on DEI goals 
  • Active initiatives 
  • Impact metrics related to clients, policies, and internal systems
     

Our first DEI Snapshot Report will be published in Q4 2025.
